SIGN UP FOR MS/HS PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES, 9/27-28

MS/HS conferences will be held in the Fellowship Hall and will be on a drop in basis. Please sign up for only ONE of the sessions listed in the signup genius. There are 4 sessions to choose from that are 1-1/2 hours each in length. This will allow you to see as many teachers as you would like during your session time. If you have more than 1 child, please only sign up for ONE time slot. CLICK HERE to sign up for your session.

MSLT Retreat, 9/21

Our Middle School Leadership Team will take time off campus Friday, September 21st for a retreat to plan all of the fun activities as well as service projects for the year.

ELEMENTARY DANCE INFORMATION

Elementary Dance is an afterschool program for 1st-5th graders.
Classes will begin Tuesday, Sept. 18th for 1st-3rd grades from 3:20-4:10. Cost is $100 for the year which includes 20 classes, 2 costumes, 4 performances, t-shirt and a trophy. Orders will be placed on Tuesdays and distributed on Thursdays. SEUSSICAL AUDITIONS, 9/10-11!

Our upper school musical will be this fall with performances November 2 and 3. 
Auditions are open to any MS or HS student. Those auditioning do not have to be enrolled in theater or choir, as this is a separate, extra-curricular activity. Due to the casting needs of this show, we are also looking for a handful of ES students from 3rd, 4th or 5th grades only.

Interested students need to pick up an AUDITION PACKET and return the signed contract at their audition. The audition packets will be available outside of the Music Room, room 202.
Auditions will be held Monday and Tuesday, September 9 and 10 immediately after school in the music room. All those who are auditioning may choose which day (either 9/10 or 9/11) to audition and will need to sign up for one 15 minute time slot. The audition sign-up sheets are outside the music classroom, room 202. Callbacks will be Wed., September 12 in the music room from 3:30-5:30. Actors will be asked to return for callbacks immediately after their auditions, and given material to prepare. The cast list will be posted Thursday, September 13, and an all-cast read through will be Friday, September 14.

SPEECH AND DEBATE PARENT NIGHT, 9/13 

Parent Night is Thursday, Sept. 13 from 7:00-8:30 in Mrs. Croswhite's room.  If your student is new to the team, come and learn how to judge.  If your student is returning to the team, come and share your wisdom!  This is an important night and we look forward to seeing you there!  Light refreshments will be served.
