Six Easy Steps to Enrollment

*** Bonus step 6: Have a fantastic year at ICS! We’re so glad to be your home for enriched and exemplary education.

Please note that applications are not considered on a first come, first served basis; however, January and February applicants are given priority. Thereafter, applicants will be considered monthly. Standards for acceptance are based on the outcome of the student evaluation, pastor and school references, observations from our staff, the interview process, and support of the mission statement of our school. Additional considerations may include students transferring from another Christian or private school outside of Utah, siblings currently enrolled and the number of children applying to ICS. Currently, ICS is not equipped to service moderate or severe learning disabilities.

Our financial aid deadline is April 15th for the upcoming school year. If approved, notification is sent out during the month of May or upon acceptance to our school. In the interest of good communication, we want you to know in advance that our tuition and fees typically increase four to six percent per year as we seek God’s guidance for the future.

ICS uses a company called FACTS. This company manages all tuition payments. Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option (we accept bi-monthly, monthly and payment in full) that best suits your financial needs. Learn more...

IMPORTANT: Enrollment or re-enrollment is required through our admissions department before setting up a FACTS account. Please call Misty Gonzales with questions or for more information. Also, please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

ICS is committed to enrolling an inclusive student body comprised of students from various economic, ethnic, racial and social backgrounds. As part of that commitment, we have implemented a program of tuition assistance for families who would otherwise be unable to consider a Christian education. Our philosophy is that this assistance be need-based. While it is our firm belief that the primary responsibility for financing the student's education belongs to his/her family, ICS understands that not every family can bear the full cost. The purpose of our tuition assistance program is to make and ICS education accessible to as many students as the fund will allow.

The tuition assistance program is processed through FACTS Management Systems. A $30 application fee will be charged for this service. The tuition assistance application deadline for the academic year is April 15th of that year. If you apply after the deadline, and ICS still has funds available, we will gladly consider your request. You will be notified of the outcome during the month of May or upon acceptance to ICS. In order for your application to be considered, you must have submitted your student's application for admission.

For more information and to start your tuition assistance application, contact our accountant, Misty Gonzales.
