Sheryl Geoghan is a graduate of Baptist College with a BS degree in Elementary Education and holds a certificate in Elementary Education (1-8). She has over 20 years of teaching experience and has been with ICS since 2000.
Kaitlen grew up in Dallas, Texas and discovered her passion and calling for teaching on a mission trip in 2012. She attended Colorado Christian University and recently received a liberal arts degree with an elementary education focus. During her time at CCU, she worked as the Children’s Director at Lighthouse Church, nannied and worked at Red Rocks School Age Child Care Program, and student taught at Faith Christian Academy. Kaitlen joined the ICS faculty in the Fall of 2018.
Michele graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a double major in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. She has a broad and extensive teaching career which includes experience in Nashville, New Orleans, New Jersey and Hawaii with Kindergarten through 3rd graders. Michele joined the ICS faculty in 2017 as a first grade aide.
Laura Combe is a graduate of Weber State University with a BS degree and holds a certificate in Early Childhood Development (K-3). Laura has three children, one of which is an ICS alum, Class of 2018. She has been with ICS since 2003.
Jamie Lister is from Durango, Colorado and moved to Salt Lake to attend Utah Technical College. She has worked at ICS since 1987.
Elementary/ECE Teacher's Aide
Hazel was born in Punxsutawney PA and has 5 children, 3 grandchildren and one on the way. She taught Pre-K for 22 years. She has been married to Scott Graves for 25 years. Her favorite things to do are hiking, traveling, reading and crocheting. She loves getting to work with the ICS Pre-K kids.
Pre-K Teacher’s Aide/Before Care Aide
Danylle grew up in Lafayette, Indiana in a Christian home. She earned her B.S. in Biology at Purdue University. Shen then moved to St. Petersburg, Florida completed her Master’s Program in Marine Science at the University of South Florida. While in Florida, she met her husband Damon at church. Danylle worked as a research scientist studying Florida’s red tides. After relocating several times with her husband’s job, the family settled in West Jordan, Utah. Danylle and her husband have four children attending ICS. Danylle enjoys exploring the nation’s national parks with her family, reading, gardening and working her church’s nursery.
