There are several ways to support ICS financially. In-person donations can be made anytime at the front office, use our secure donation site (see link below), or contribute through the ICS Annual Fund, the Scholarship Fund, or one of the many other funds that support what we do at ICS (Music, Technology, Drama, Sports, etc). PARENT TEACHER FELLOWSHIP
Dinner Night Out
Our Parent Teacher Fellowship organizes special “dinner night out” events for our school community.
These evenings are a ton of fun as families gather together to have dinner at a local restaurant. The kids love seeing their friends and the parents enjoy meeting or catching up with the other classroom parents. An added bonus is that the restaurants give back to ICS a portion of the amount earned by our dinner event. At check-out, a percentage of the bill goes back to ICS!
Volunteer With PTF
Working with PTF is a great way to meet other parents as well as serve our school. Currently we have the following open Board Positions: Co-Chair, Middle School/High School Room Parent Coordinator, Events Coordinator and Room Parents for various grade levels.

Frequently Asked Questions
• How often will PTF process orders?
Approximately every 2 weeks. We process the order on a Tuesday. We will be in the front hallway of the school with your order ready for pick-up on Thursday! Check the bulletin outside of our front office or read the weekly announcements for upcoming SCRIP Order Dates. In addition we will be at the school every Thursday from 2:30-3:30 with a “Scrip-To-Go Sale” giving you an opportunity to purchase from on-hand stock or to place an order for our next processing date. • What is SCRIP?
Scrip is a term that means, “substitute money”. When families purchase SCRIP, they are purchasing gift certificates that are used just like cash. The national and local retailers issue the SCRIP where many families already shop. These merchants want to support non-profit organizations, and in return ask you to support them by shopping with SCRIP at their stores. ICS families can use SCRIP to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, they earn money for our school.
• How Does SCRIP Generate Revenue?
The Great Lakes SCRIP center acts on behalf of churches, schools, and other non-profit organizations to purchase large amount of SCRIP from grocery stores, department stores, and other retailers. There are many local stores and restaurants that participate. Please refer to the order form for a current list of participants or go to www.glscrip.com for a complete listing. (We have a link set up at the top of the page). The credit percentages range anywhere from 2% to 18%.
• How do I purchase SCRIP Certificates?
SCRIP participants will complete an on-line order form or return a hard copy order form to the ICS Front Office by the due dates! A check payable to ICS PTF for the full amount of your purchase must be included with the order or you may use Presto Pay. Scrip orders will be available for pickup 2-7 business days after the due date. SCRIP orders will be available in the front hallway for pick-up on Thursday from 2:30-3:30. Any orders not picked up at that time will be left in the front office for pick-up.
• What is Presto Pay
Presto Pay is a convenient way for families to pay for their SCRIP orders on-line at the time they place their order. Great Lake Scrip Center will accept your payment on the school’s behalf. They will debit your checking account for the face value amount of their order plus a small convenience fee of $0.15 and hold that payment until the SCRIP coordinator releases the order.
• Can anyone participate?
SCRIP is open to parents, grandparents, school association members and anyone in the community who wishes to participate! We welcome you to join our non-fundraising fundraiser. Any questions please contact us. We welcome all including out of state family and friends to join us! Please be aware that they will need to use Presto Pay and orders received will be shipped to ICS! The local family will then need to ship the orders to their out of state family!
