Needs-based Tuition Assistance

 ACCEPTANCE

Our tuition assistance deadline is April 15th for the 2019/2020 school year. If approved, notification will be sent out during the month of May or upon acceptance to our school. In the interest of good communication, we want to inform you in advance that ICS tuition and fees typically increase four to six percent per year as we seek God’s guidance for the future.

PAYMENT OF TUITION

ICS partners with FACTS Tuition Management for all tuition payments. A FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option (we accept 24 bi-monthly payments, 12 monthly payments, or payment in full) to best suit your financial needs. Learn more...

IMPORTANT: Enrollment or re-enrollment is required through our admissions department before setting up a FACTS account. Please call Misty Gonzales with questions or for more information. Also, please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

AFFORDING INTERMOUNTAIN CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

ICS is committed to enrolling an inclusive student body comprised of students from various economic, ethnic, racial and social backgrounds. As part of that commitment, we have implemented a program of tuition assistance for families who would otherwise be unable to consider a Christian education. Our philosophy is that this assistance be need-based. While it is our firm belief that the primary responsibility for financing the student's education belongs to his/her family, ICS understands that not every family can bear the full cost. The purpose of our tuition assistance program is to make an ICS education accessible to as many students as the fund will allow.

The tuition assistance program is processed through FACTS Management Systems. An enrollment application and fee is required through our admissions department before a separate tuition assistance application and fee will be processed through FACTS. The fee to apply for tuition assistance is currently $30. If you apply after the April 15th deadline, and ICS still has funds available, we will gladly consider your request. Notifications of tuition assistance awards are made during the month of May or upon acceptance to ICS on a case by case basis.
