Step 1: Schedule a Visit

We'd love to meet you and your family! While visiting in-person or virtually, you'll see what our school is like and get detailed answers about our admissions and enrollment process. Learn more about our visit options.

Step 2: Online Application

To apply, please fill out our online form by creating a FACTS account from a computer. (It's recommended not to use a mobile phone). The FACTS account will become your "Parent Portal" for gaining access to student information and tuition payment plans. The admissions director will review your application(s) when the application fee is paid, and the application is fully submitted.

Step 3: Entrance Evaluation

Entrance evaluations help us to determine if your child is the right fit for the grade-level program they're applying for. The information we learn during the evaluation will help us guide your child as they transition to our school. Incoming students from PreK-grade 5 require an entrance exam while we review transcripts and results of standardized tests from grades 6-12. Our admissions director will contact you about your child's entrance evaluation at ICS.

Step 4: Family Interview 

When you apply, you will be afforded the opportunity to meet with our Head of School to complete the family interview portion of the admissions process. During this interview, you will have any remaining questions answered about what to expect from an ICS education. 

Step 5: Enrollment

After our thorough review, we'll be ready to share the exciting news about your enrollment offer to ICS! Admissions will contact you to offer enrollment, discuss the next steps, and welcome you to our ICS family.

*We require interested families to be in agreement with our Statement of Faith before proceeding with their application.

We're pleased to offer rolling admissions and continuous enrollment for families at Intermountain Christian School. We understand that every family situation is different, and ICS strives to make our application process accessible for students.

For qualified students, Open Enrollment begins on March 1.

Our tuition and payment plans are designed with your family in mind — quality, accessibility, and affordability are the things we prioritize.

Are payment plans available?

Yes! Tuition is billed by enrollment year from June to May. We have monthly tuition rates for families choosing a 12-month payment plan. There's also a 10-month payment plan and a full payment option.
