Tuition info
At ICS we understand that choosing to enroll your children in a private Christian school is an important decision involving considerations that are spiritual, educational, and financial. Roughly 35% of ICS families participate in our tuition assistance program, and we strongly encourage all applicants to apply for tuition assistance. We also offer multi-student discounts and pastor discounts (see below for more detailed information). At ICS our goal is to make your dream of a Christian education for your family a reality.

2026-2027 Tuition Rates
PRE-KINDERGARTEN:
3 Half days: $5,630
3 full days: $7,430
5 Half days: $7,190
5 full days: $9,930
elementary (K - 5TH GRADES):
$11,800/year
MIDDLE SCHOOL (6TH - 8TH GRADES):
$12,970/year
high school (9TH - 12TH GRADES):
$14,990/year
Tuition is billed by enrollment year from June to May. Monthly tuition rates are for families choosing the 12 month payment plan option. There are also 10 month payment plans and a pay-in-full option.
Discounts
Multi-Child Discount
ICS values families. We offer a 10% multiple child discount. The discount per child will apply to the second child a family enrolls and for any subsequent children enrolled from that family. This discount will apply automatically to your account in FACTS for next year.
Pastor Discount
ICS offers a 50% discount to pastors’ families enrolling at ICS in an effort to partner with local churches to pursue our mission of being a Christ-centered learning community.
UFA School Choice Program
Your family may qualify for up to $8,000 through Utah’s School Choice Program. Many families have benefited from this scholarship, and we hope that even more will have the opportunity to access Christian education through this program in the years to come. Learn more here.
Refund Policy
Once a student is enrolled or re-enrolled at Intermountain Christian School, the family is financially responsible for a minimum of 25% of the annual tuition, regardless of the reason or timing of withdrawal or dismissal. Beyond that minimum, tuition is calculated on a weekly basis over the school’s academic year: the number of weeks attended is divided by the total number of educational weeks and multiplied by the annual tuition amount to determine the total tuition owed. If a student is withdrawn from ICS during the school year, they will be issued a tuition refund based upon the payments received to date and the weeks of school attended.
All fees charged by Intermountain Christian School are non-refundable in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, application, enrollment, re-enrollment, technology, sports, and other activity fees. Periods of absence do not reduce tuition obligations, as tuition continues to accrue on a weekly basis for the duration of enrollment. Families with questions about this policy or their account balance should contact the ICS Administration Office directly.
Tuition Assistance
The tuition assistance program is processed through FACTS Management Systems. There is an application fee, an enrollment fee and a separate tuition assistance application and fee that will be processed through FACTS. If you apply after the March 31st deadline, and ICS still has funds available, we will gladly consider your request. Notifications of tuition assistance awards are made during the month of May.
Tuition Assistance Applications are open now for the 2025-2026 school year. Note: 35% of ICS families participate in our tuition assistance program with an average award amount of $3,000.

FAQs
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
ICS charges a one-time $115 application fee per child for submitting an application. Additionally, there is a $150 enrollment fee once your child(ren) have been accepted into ICS. That enrollment fee drops to $100 for each subsequent year your child is enrolled.
Some co-curricular activities at ICS include a fee associated with them. We will always communicate those costs prior to your child participating. For example, there are fees associated with athletics.
Does tuition ever increase?
We do our best to limit tuition increases for families from year to year, but in order to keep up with cost-of-living increases families should expect a small increase in tuition every year.
Do you offer different payment plans?
ICS offers three different payment plans:
- Pay In Full (3% discount for choosing this plan) - paid in June for students starting in August
- 12 Monthly Payments (June - May) - paid on the 7th or 22nd of each month
- 10 Monthly Payments (June, Sep - May) - paid on the 7th or 22nd of each month
Both the 12 month plan and 10 month plan also offer bimonthly payment options if families would like to split payments between the 7th and 22nd.
