BEFORE & AFTER CARE PROGRAM

Childcare for PreK to 8th Grade Students

ICS offers before and after school supervision as a way to support working parents. This is a safe environment with caring and qualified leaders. We offer time to work on homework for older students and free time for students to decompress after a long day at school.

Before School Care

Drop-off for before care begins at 7:15 a.m. All students (PreK-12th) gather in the Learning Lab. At 8:00 am, upper school students will be released to go to their lockers and PreK-5th grade students will head outside for before school recess.

After Care

After care serves Pre-K through 8th grade until 5:30 each day. Aftercare is not available on the first and last day of school.

Program Fees

Before School Care:

  • 7:15 am to 8 am = $5/student/day

After Care:

  • Mondays - Fridays: 3:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

  • $20/student/day

  • Available for PreK - 8th grade students.

  • Late Pick-up Policy:

    Students picked up after 5:30pm will be charged a $30 late fee per student for each 15 minute increment. Students who are picked up after 5:30pm more than 2 times in a semester will not be able to attend aftercare until the following semester.
