Serving ICS Families with Children PreK-5th Grade

ICS offers before and after school supervision as a way to support working parents. This is a safe environment with caring and qualified leaders. We offer time to work on homework for older students and free time for students to decompress after a long day at school.

Before and After School Care Program Information

Before School Care

Drop-off for before care begins at 7:15 a.m. All students (PreK-12th) gather in the gym or other designated area. At 7:45 am, elementary students will move outside, weather permitting.

After Care

After care serves Pre-K through 5th grade until 5:30 each day. Homework lab will be held in the learning lab and available to register your 3rd grade-8th grade student until 4:30 each day. After 4:30 they can join aftercare until 5:30.

Program Fees

Before School Care:

  • 7:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. = $5/student/day

  • ECE/ES students who arrive after 7:45 am will not be charged. 

  • MS/HS students will not be charged.

After School Care:

  • Mondays- Thursdays: 2:55 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • $15/student/day

  • Can join After School care from 4:30-5:30 pm for a $5 additional charge 

Late Pick-up Policy: 

  • Mondays- Thursdays: 2:55 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • Fridays: 1:55 - 5:30 pm

  • $20/student/day

  • Students picked up after 5:30 p.m. will be charged a $30 late fee (per student). 

  • Students that are picked up after 5:30 pm more than two times in a semester will not be able to attend aftercare until the following semester.
