Serving ICS Families with Children PreK-8th Grade

ICS offers before and after school supervision as a way to support working parents. This is a safe environment with caring and qualified leaders. We offer time to work on homework for older students and free time for students to decompress after a long day at school.

BEFORE & AFTER CARE

Elementary (PreK-5th)

Before Care: 7:15 a.m.-8:13 a.m. in the cafeteria

Before Care begins at 7:15 a.m. It costs $5 per day and will be billed to your FACTS monthly. If your student arrives after 7:45 a.m. it's no charge. Before Care takes place in the cafeteria. Your student will be checked in and out of Before Care with a bar code associated with your student.

After Care: 3:15 p.m.-5:30 p.m. in various locations (see below)

After Care begins immediately after carline at 3:15 p.m. This service costs $15 per day and will also be billed to your FACTS monthly. To pick up your child from After Care, please check the sign to the right of the gym for their location (playground, library, etc.). Your student will be checked in and out of After Care with a bar code associated with your student. Any student who remains after 5:30 p.m. will assess an automatic $20 fee.

Middle School (6th-8th)

Before Care: 7:15 a.m.-8:00 a.m. in the gym

ICS offers Before Care for middle school students from 7:15 a.m.-8:00 a.m. in the gym for no charge. You do not need to register your student before attending. Middle students that arrive prior to 8:00 a.m. must attend Before Care.

After School Homework Lab: 3:20 p.m.-4:15 p.m. in room 209. After 4:15 p.m. students are allowed to join After Care until 5:45 p.m.

After School Homework Lab is $15. Parents will be billed through FACTS monthly. You do not need to register your student before attending. Students who stay at the school after 3:20 p.m. must attend Homework Lab. Students in Homework Lab must leave school property by 4:15 p.m.

High School (9th- 12th)

Before Care: 7:15 a.m.-8:00 a.m. in the gym

ICS offers Before Care for high school students from 7:15 a.m.-8:00 a.m. in the gym for no charge. You do not need to register your student before attending. High school students that arrive prior to 8:00 a.m. must attend Before Care.

After School: All high school students must leave campus within 15 minutes of dismissal unless they are involved in a supervised after-school activity.
