Substitute Teacher
Intermountain Christian School is accepting applications for an immediate opening for Substitute Teachers. Candidates must profess faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior, share our passion for Christian education, and embrace the mission of ICS to be a Christ-centered learning community that equips and inspires students to thrive in God’s world. Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach
The Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading a competitive volleyball program while intentionally discipling student-athletes through Christ-centered leadership. This role emphasizes athletic excellence, spiritual growth, and strong relationships within a Christian school community.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a varsity-level volleyball program focused on skill development, teamwork, discipline, and competitive excellence.
- Model and teach biblical values, mentoring student-athletes in character, faith, and leadership.
- Foster a positive, Christ-honoring team culture on and off the court.
- Maintain clear, respectful communication with parents.
- Work collaboratively with Athletic Directors and school leadership to support the mission of the athletic department.
- Uphold school, league, and athletic department policies.
Qualifications:
- Active, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the school’s statement of faith.
- Prior high school or competitive volleyball coaching experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to mentoring young women through athletics.
Varsity Girls Soccer Coach
The Varsity Girls Soccer Assistant Coach serves under the direction and leadership of the Head Coach in supporting a competitive volleyball program, while intentionally discipling student-athletes through Christ-centered leadership. This role emphasizes athletic development, spiritual growth, and strong relationships within a Christian school community.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Head Coach in the development and implementation of a varsity-level volleyball program focused on administrative responsibilities, skill development, teamwork, discipline, and competitive excellence.
- Coach and lead student-athletes under the guidance of the Head Coach during practices, games, and team activities.
- Support practice planning, drills, game strategy, and player development as directed by the Head Coach.
- Model and reinforce biblical values, mentoring student-athletes in character, faith, and leadership.
- Help foster a positive, Christ-honoring team culture on and off the court.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents, athletes, and school staff, in coordination with the Head Coach.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Coach, Athletic Directors, and school leadership to support the mission of the athletic department.
- Uphold school, league, and athletic department policies and expectations.
Qualifications:
