Middle and High School Math Teacher

Intermountain Christian School (ICS) is accepting applications for a full-time Upper School Math Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The Upper School Math Teacher Candidates should be able to teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and higher-level mathematics when needed. The teacher must demonstrate a strong ability to explain concepts clearly to students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include planning and delivering standards-aligned lessons, developing assessments, and using student performance data to guide instruction. The teacher is expected to maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment that promotes engagement and problem-solving. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Proficiency with instructional technology and participation in professional development and school initiatives are also expected. This teacher will collaborate closely with other Upper School faculty to integrate faith and learning across disciplines, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and stewardship of God’s world.

Applicants must profess faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and be eligible for either Utah or ACSI teacher certification. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education, or a related field, have previous experience teaching at the middle or high school level, demonstrate a passion for student discipleship, and pursue professional growth and excellence in educational practice.

Middle School Bible and Social Studies Teacher

Intermountain Christian School (ICS) is accepting applications for a full-time Middle School Bible and Social Studies Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. ICS is a Christ-centered learning community that exists to equip and inspire students to thrive in God’s world. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated educator to guide students in understanding God’s story throughout history and their place in it today.

The Middle School Bible and Social Studies Teacher will teach courses that help students grow both spiritually and intellectually as they explore Scripture, world history, civics, and culture. The teacher will foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, empathy, and a biblical worldview, helping students connect faith to current events and relationships within their communities. Collaboration with colleagues across grades and subjects to support spiritual formation and academic excellence is expected.

Middle School Drama Elective Teacher

Intermountain Christian School (ICS) is accepting applications for a part-time Middle School Drama Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. ICS is a Christ-centered learning community that equips and inspires students to thrive in God’s world. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about helping students discover their God-given gifts through the performing arts.

The Middle School Drama Teacher will guide students in developing skills in acting, performance, stage presence, and teamwork. This role includes directing class performances and collaborating with fellow teachers to integrate faith and creativity into the broader school community. The teacher will create a supportive and encouraging classroom environment that fosters confidence, imagination, and the joy of storytelling to the glory of God.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in theater, education, or a related field or have experience directing or performing on stage; demonstrate a commitment to mentoring middle school students; and model spiritual maturity and creative excellence.
